About copper
Copper is the backbone metal of electrification. Its conductivity, ductility and corrosion resistance make it difficult to substitute across power transmission, building wiring, motors and the switchgear that sits behind every grid connection and data hall.
The material moves through international markets in several distinct commercial forms — mined concentrate, refined cathode, rod and recycled scrap — each with its own quality language, logistics profile and buyer base. A copper enquiry is therefore only meaningful once form, grade, volume, destination and Incoterms are fixed.
Mattar Mineral Trade coordinates copper transactions between producers, refiners and industrial buyers, verifying counterparties and documentation before any commercial terms are agreed.
