Who we are

A trading house built around verification

Mattar Mineral Trade is a global trading company focused on sourcing, supplying and creating value in critical minerals. We work with producers, refiners, industrial buyers and logistics partners to move material from where it is produced to where it is consumed.

Physical mineral trading rewards precision. A parcel is only as valuable as the specification it can be evidenced against and the documentation that travels with it. Our work sits in that gap: establishing what material genuinely is, who genuinely owns it, and whether it can lawfully and reliably reach the buyer who needs it.

That produces a deliberately narrow commercial posture. We decline transactions we cannot evidence, and we prefer repeat supply relationships over one-off spot opportunities. It is a slower way to build a book, and a considerably more durable one.

How we work

From source through to delivery

Mattar coordinates each mineral transaction end to end — identifying supply, verifying it, fixing commercial terms and moving material to the agreed destination against contract.

    Source

    We identify producers, refiners and authorised suppliers capable of meeting the requirement, and establish what they can actually deliver against specification.

  2. 02

    Verify

    Counterparty identity, ownership, origin and documentation are checked before any offer is progressed. Material that cannot be evidenced does not move forward.

  3. 03

    Trade

    Commercial terms — quantity, quality tolerances, pricing basis, Incoterms and payment structure — are negotiated and fixed in contract.

  4. 04

    Logistics

    Inspection, packing, freight, insurance and export formalities are coordinated against the agreed delivery window and destination.

  5. 05

    Deliver

    Material is delivered and reconciled against contract quality and quantity, with documentation released through the agreed banking mechanism.
